Health West has made reasonable efforts to ensure that the list of providers displayed is up to date and accurate. Please call the provider before making an appointment to verify that the provider continues to be part of the network. Members should refer to their ID Card to determine which provider network your employer is using for their plan. Members should also call their plan's customer service to ask if the treatment is a covered benefit. You can locate this number on your ID Card.
